Diamant magnetische schijf
De gegalvaniseerde diamantschijf is een eersteklas product dat exclusief voor Glassworks wordt vervaardigd door Flexible Superabrasive. Dit product is ontworpen voor slijpen, vormen en polijsten en is gemaakt met een hoge concentratie diamanten. De metal bond diamantschijven zijn gemaakt met diamantdeeltjes die gegalvaniseerd zijn op een stijve rug voor maximale hechtsterkte en warmteafvoer. De diamantdeeltjes worden stevig op hun plaats gehouden op een stalen plaat met behulp van een harde nikkellegering die een laag scherpe, geblokte diamant aan de plaat hecht. Dit resulteert in een zeer duurzame, roestvrije schijf die zuiver snijdt zonder randafronding.
De Metal Bond diamantslijpschijven zijn ontworpen om de tijd die nodig is voor het leppen en slijpen van materiaal te verminderen. Deze schijven zijn verkrijgbaar met een magnetische of PSA-rug. De gegalvaniseerde diamantschijf is gemaakt met 100% diamanten die met nikkel op het oppervlak zijn gegalvaniseerd. Hierdoor ontstaat een zeer duurzame, roestvrije schijf die geschikt is voor al uw slijpbehoeften. Op de achterkant van de schijf is een met rubber beklede magneet aangebracht, waardoor deze gemakkelijk op de metalen wielkop van uw molen kan worden aangebracht. Dit magnetische systeem maakt het wisselen van de ene korrel naar de volgende uiterst eenvoudig.
De Diamond Magnetic Flat Disk is slechts 2,3 mm dik en wordt geleverd met een magnetische achterkant. Deze schijf is ontworpen om de vervorming van de schijf eenvoudig te corrigeren en plat op de platen van de molen te bevestigen.
