CBN研磨ベルト
CBN研磨ベルト鉄鋼、鉄合金などの鉄元素を含む難加工材の加工に使用されます。特に高炭素鋼、合金鋼、焼き入れ鋼などの高硬度鋼の平面研削・研磨、また、自動制御、精密・超精密研削・研磨が必要な箇所。
研磨ベルトは以下の用途によく使用されます。研削と研磨成形後の精密ベアリングの表面。しかし、完成品の形状精度や表面仕上げに対する要求は非常に高いものです。使用する場合従来の研磨ベルト、表面形状保持力が悪く、砥粒が不動態化しやすいため、切りくずが熱くなりやすく、加工効率が低くなります。一方、研磨ベルトは寿命が短く、頻繁に交換する必要があるため、オペレータの技術レベルが高くなります。
使用する場合CBN研磨ベルト、研磨剤は形状保持力が高く、耐用年数が長いです。ベルト交換頻度が軽減され、生産効率が大幅に向上します。
CNC研磨ベルト グラインダーは、あらゆる種類の自動車機械のブレードや航空エンジンのブレードなどの複雑な曲面の研削や、プロペラ、インペラなどの部品の研削および研磨に使用できます。従来の研磨ベルトはCNC研磨ベルト研削盤に使用されてきました。しかし、ベルトを頻繁に交換する必要があり、CNC グラインダーの効率が大幅に低下します。 CBN研磨ベルトを使用すると、加工効率が向上するだけでなく、ワークの加工品質も向上し、人件費も削減されます。
