Disque magnétique diamant

Les disques diamantés à liant métallique sont fabriqués avec des particules de diamant qui sont galvanisées sur un support rigide pour une force de liaison et une dissipation thermique maximales. Les particules de diamant sont maintenues fermement en place sur une plaque d'acier à l'aide d'un alliage de nickel dur qui lie une couche de diamant pointu et en blocs à la plaque.
