Die galvanisierte Diamant-Flachschleifscheibe ist ein hochwertiges Produkt zum Präzisionsschleifen und Polieren spröder Materialien wie Glas, Kristall, Keramik, Edelsteine und Diamanten. Diese Läppscheibe bietet eine flache Schleiffläche sowohl zum Grob- als auch zum Feinschleifen und ist somit ein ideales Werkzeug für Steinschleifer, Juweliere und Glasarbeiter.
Die Scheibe besteht aus hochwertigem Diamantpulver, das gleichmäßig auf eine 1 mm dicke Stahlscheibe vernickelt wird. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass die Diamantpartikel fest in der Scheibe verankert sind und eine gleichmäßige Schleifleistung gewährleistet ist. Anschließend wird die Diamantscheibe professionell auf eine Acryl-Trägerplatte gebunden und ist somit einsatzbereit.
Die Stahlkonstruktion der Scheibe sorgt für eine lange Lebensdauer und eignet sich daher gut für schwere Schleifaufgaben. Die galvanisierten Diamantläppchen sind mit All-U-Need- und Slant Cabber-Läppmaschinen sowie anderen Läppmaschinen kompatibel, die 1/2-Zoll-Aufnahmen aufnehmen.
Die galvanisierte Diamant-Flachschleifscheibe ist mit Läppdurchmessern von 6 Zoll und 8 Zoll und einer großen Auswahl an verschiedenen Diamantkörnungen erhältlich. Dadurch können Benutzer die passende Körnung für ihre spezifischen Schleif- und Polieranforderungen auswählen. Alle Läppchen haben 1/2-Zoll-Dornlöcher, wodurch sie einfach auf kompatiblen Läppmaschinen installiert werden können.
